Choose tasty treats from our new menu which focuses on artisan ingredients imported from the best Spanish producers and complimented by the finest ingredients available in South Wales. Enjoy while sipping any one of our ice-cold wines, Sherries or beers from around the world.
We open at 9.30am Daily for breakfast, Illy Coffees, a range of Teas and cakes. The kitchen also opens for service at 9.30am Serving hearty “build-your-own” Spanish-Welsh breakfasts and then serves an impressive selection (over 40 dishes with many daily specials) of traditional and contemporary tapas from midday to 9.00pm daily. For those with a sweet tooth, make sure you leave a bit of room for our homemade selection of tapas-style Spanish desserts and Churros (Spanish Doughnuts).
We are extremely family-friendly and offer a Children’s menu, Smoothies and Milkshakes. High chairs are available along with coloring-in books!
During the course of the evening, the Bar transforms into an intimate and lively cocktail lounge with an atmosphere, service and cross-section of clientelle which will ensure that the Bar 44 experience is not one which is easily forgotten.
Please note that no bookings are taken in the main Bar, so it is advisable to arrive early to avoid disappointment!
