Can’t quite believe it, but the last (real) Bank Holiday weekend of the year will shortly be upon us!! Once again Sunday 29th August will see Aubrey playing live from about 7pm.

Don’t forget to get here early as it is usually a very busy evening and a great night out!

The baby boom @ Bar 44 has reached it’s conclusion! Tom’s wife Rachel gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy, George, on June the 5th. Mum and baby doing really well, Tom a bit grumpier than usual due to lack of sleep!!

New Tapas Menu is launched!

We are pleased to announce that our new seasonal Tapas Menu is being launched from 12 noon Friday 7th May.

We hope that all our customers will enjoy some of the changes we have made (click on the menus option to have a look!). We have tried to keep as many of our favourite dishes on the menu while adding some new, more seasonal, options for the warmer months of the year (hopefully!).

Congratulations to Owen and Jo who (finally!!) welcomed their beautiful baby daughter Ava Rose into the world last Friday night. Weighing in at a whopping 8lb 8oz, Owen has been like a Cheshire cat ever since – the only blip was when he found out how much nappies cost and how much Ava goes through!!
