Free Bellini for Ladies Dining with us on Valentines Day

We will be offering a complimentary Bellini to ladies who are dining with us on Valentines Day (for breakfast, lunch or dinner).

We are taking bookings for food between 7pm and 9pm so why not treat that special someone and enjoy our fantastic specials and cocktails on offer on the most romantic day of the year!

We take bookings between 12pm and 4pm on Sundays and have fantastic Sunday Specials available every week (our Spanish take on a Sunday Roast is to die for !) Our Specials change every week so please contact us for more details.

Don’t forget our Sip & Pick Sunday’s-between 5pm and 9pm it is only £7.50 per person for a Tapas Taster Platter and a drink (selected drinks avaliable.)

Bombay Sapphire Gourmet Dinner 27th January 2012@ Bar 44

We are holding a 4 Course Gourmet Dinner at Bar 44 on the evening of Friday 27th January, with every dish being inspired by one of the 10 botanicals used to create Bombay Sapphire Gin. A specially created cocktail will be served with every course-these have been carefully crafted to compliment the flavours they are paired with. The UK Ambassador will also be making an address as this is the first event of it’s kind in Wales. This is the ideal event for all you budding foodies out there! Prices from £40 per head.

New Years Eve 2011 @ Bar 44-bookings now being taken

We will be taking bookings for dinner on New Year’s Eve this year. We have tables available from 7pm onwards and can accomodate groups both large and small. Please call 01446 776488 to make a reservation or email info@bar44.co.uk.

The bar will also be open as usual if you feel like celebrating in stylish surroundings and treating yourself to a delicious cocktail or a glass of fizz from our extensive menu.

Grow A Grav/Movember-the end is in sight!

During November the male staff at Bar 44 have been growing some interesting facial hair in aid of the Grow A Grav appeal. The female staff have even been joining in on weekends with some highly amusing drawn-on designs!

The judging for the best “Grav” will take place this Sunday (27th November-from 7pm) evening during our traditional fancy dress party. There will be special cocktails available, with money going towards the charity.

As many of you may know we have traditionally supported the Movember charity every November and as a result we are inviting anyone who has grown a Mo to come and join in the evening and take part in the facial hair judging.
